To receive a food parcel from Doncaster Foodbank, you’ll first need a voucher code. You can request a food voucher from one of the following referral agencies:
1. One Stop Shop – Doncaster Council – Foodbank Vouchers: Telephone 01302 736000
2. Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster. Attend in person only. Please bring ID (preferably photo ID) and any formal evidence of your crisis (e.g. debt letters, DWP correspondence)

4. Help Through Hardship Helpline - 0808 208 2138 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, closed Bank Holidays)
Important Notes · Doncaster Foodbank does not offer delivery, so you’ll need to make arrangements to collect your parcel. · If you’re unable to collect from us in person, you’re welcome to ask a family member, friend, neighbour, support worker, or another professional to do so on your behalf.
Referral requirement
Please bring your E-Voucher Code and a form of ID (preferably photo ID). You may be asked to provide proof of your circumstances and household structure (e.g. who you live with).
